What is the MYBAT warranty policy and what does it cover?
If any MYBAT product fails due to craftsmanship or material defect under normal use, we will repair or replace the product for a period of 90 days beyond the original date of purchase by a consumer. A proof of purchase will be required for all warranty services.
To request a replacement, please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to MYBAT. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How can I get a refund on my MYBAT product if I purchased my case at a retail location or online store?
If you purchased a MYBAT case from a retail location or an authorized MYBAT reseller, please contact the seller first for returns or refund assistance. The seller will have your order information and may be able to process your request the same day.
