Orders are processed within 1 business day of date received. Business days are Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays are excluded. We aim to process orders on the same business day it is received, typically by 10 am PST each day, but cannot guarantee it. If an order is received after 10 am PST, it is more likely to be processed on the following business day. For example, if an order is received on Friday afternoon, it will be processed the following Monday. If an order is received Tuesday night, it will be processed on Wednesday.
We currently offer 3 shipping methods (2 Domestic & 1 International). All orders are shipped on business days only and cannot be shipped on a holiday or weekend. Please note order processing times mentioned above. Once an order is processed, it is ready for shipment. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be changed as the shipping label has already been created and therefore on its way.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@mybat.com. Please let us know the reason for your return along with your order # so we can locate the transaction. If your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: MyBat Pro does not pay for any returns or exchanges to be shipped back to our facility. Customer is responsible for all return postage. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for the item(s) and contact us about returning the original order. Once the return is received, we will issue a refund. Otherwise, you may contact us for an exchange letting us know what item you want to replace it with, and once we receive the returned item we will ship the replacement. If there are any price differences, it must be settled prior to the replacement being shipped. Refunds Once a return has been received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to be processed. Once inspected and approved for return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method, and any delays should be discussed with your bank or credit card company for more details. Note: shipping charges are non-refundable. General Warranty Information Warranty coverage is only available to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. The warranty terms can vary depending on the product, ranging from a 1-year warranty to a lifetime warranty. To find out more about the warranty for your specific product, you can visit the MyBat Pro website. All notifications regarding warranty claims will be sent via email, whether approved or denied. If the claim is approved, a replacement of equal or greater value will be sent via US Postal Service. Please note that the $7.95 shipping and handling fee is the customer's responsibility. Thank you! 1-Year Warranty MyBat Pro warrants that products purchased from an authorized dealer will be free from workmanship and material defects when used for their intended purposes under normal conditions for the period stated of 12 months as stated on the packaging. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. Lifetime Warranty "Lifetime" is defined by MyBat Pro as the period of time during which a product can be used under normal conditions until such time that it can no longer function as intended. Products that feature a lifetime warranty will be covered against manufacturer defects and unexpected damages within a reasonable time frame. It is the right of MyBat Pro to determine the expected lifetime of our products and determine a reasonable period based on the purchase date. Exclusions & Limitations This warranty will not extend to damage resulting from normal wear and tear over time, accidents, improper care, modifications, disassemblies, or alterations to the product, misuse, abuse, or improper operation. The warranty does not cover any lost or stolen products. MyBat Pro is only responsible for its own products and does not cover any other brands or devices themselves, such as phones, tablets, or any other electronic devices. Submitted claims are subject to review, and additional information, such as proof of damage and return of defective products, may be requested. The warranty is void and not applicable if the product is purchased from an unauthorized reseller or counterfeit product.
